"The staff is great but the building absolutely sucks. There is absolutely no insulation in the walls or floors. My unit literally shakes when my neighbor upstairs walks around all day, and it's not his fault. I've met him and he's a nice guy not doing anything out of the norm, it's just a cheaply constructed building. That among other things was a real surprise when you consider how expensive this place is. If you are looking for a luxury apartment, DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE. Look elsewhere. This place looks nice on a tour but living here for a couple weeks will show you how cheap it actually is. Edit: For the sake of transparency about the owner response, they did reach out and offered to transfer me to a different unit which would cost more, which I was very clear is out of my budget when I moved in here. Currently trying to read on a Saturday morning as my ceiling is pounding from my neighbor walking back and forth. Happy Saturday from AMLI!"

"We had scheduled a 10am guided tour and arrived at 9:55am. Around 10:05 we tried calling the number on the door and emailing as the lights were off in the office. We then ran into a very nice maintenance guy who tried to help get in touch with someone. He was able to get the property manager to come give us access for a self-guided tour which started at 10:45am, 45 minutes after our scheduled tour. This was after receiving two confirmation emails from AMLI the day prior and morning of. There were also four other people there for tours at the same time. I don’t know how this got so messed up but definitely not a good look for the building and felt like a waste of our time. We drove from an hour away and had a tour at a different building at 11am so just did a very quick walk through on our own."

"Hello there! I have a live/work apartment it’s a private residence “ Modernize Methods LLC “ located upstairs is the commercial building thats divided into several separate dwellings. Last night was my very first Christmas party experience. Eric who works at Amli really made everyone feel welcomed and appreciated. As we enter into a 2023 season designed to celebrate christmas and gifts, it was a beautiful experience decorated as a winter wonderland. Thanks for thinking of me- I really had a great time and the wine, charcuterie board, cheese popcorn and small sandwiches were delicious and flavorful."

"Yesterday Eric organized an ice cream social event at Amli Evanston which was a great chance to interact with staff and residents. Eric has been especially good in making us feel at home here and should be given special praise for hard work and personal creativity in making Amli Evanston a great place to live. Five stars for Eric. Jim and Nova Moore Nova and I would like to acknowledge a number of others at AMLI Evanston for the way each has made our life so good here. In particular, we would thank Cathy for her kind help and understanding, always courteous and willing to listen. She has made every effort to make us feel welcome here. Nova and I would also like to thank both Fernando and Adam since every time they have come to manage issues each has that have needed attention in our apartment, each has been prompt and have addressed all matters professionally but also with friendliness that again makes Nova and I so appreciative of our time here at AMLI Evanston. In addition, they have been so warm and friendly every time we greet them in passing no matter what they are busy doing as part of their job here. So, we thank everyone here at AMLI Evanston for making living here so rewarding. Yesterday, December 18, 2023, The Staff at Amli Evanston hosted a holiday Winter gathering. Our lounge was decorated in a festive and delightful way with plenty of food for the occasion. Nova and I wish to thank the staff, especially Eric for this delightful evening. Many came to enjoy the event and the conversation. We believe this was among the best events ever hosted at Amli Evanston in our ten years here. We would rate this with 5 stars. Great work Eric. "I recently toured AMLI Evanston in my search for a new place to live. I had seen great reviews about this place and was not let down. I toured with Eric. He was very personable, knowledgeable and through when asking what I was looking for in my new place. The property is beauty, with great views from the roof top. You can see the lake from a distance. They even have a nice herb garden and brand new grills. AMLI Evanston is definitely on my top list of possibilities. Eric is top tier!"
