She responded fast to all questions and concerns, handled our moving in process greatly and was very kind and reliable throughout the whole process. Her name is Kristen Eakins and I can tell she really loves her job by how kind, respectful, and professional she is. Keep up the great work!"

"So, I erased my initial post, which was absolutely the truth about this place. But for them to send me a check for .05 Was very petty. I am so disappointed that our customer service, accountability, and transparency are no longer required attributes through human beings to human beings. My recommendation is hire better office staff, create better policies, revamp your price list, so you can stop scamming people out of their money when they leave. This is ridiculous."

"Terrible i submitted and application on the nov 16th called the office numerous times was giving the run around. Got so frustrated i stop by the management office in person only to be told i need to fill out a separate application for my mother so my application can processed after already paying application fee for two people and including her information on the application I submitted online. You can call this office numerous times no-one know how long it takes to process and rental application or the correct information on how to do so! Asked if i could get my money back was told it’s non refundable even though the website states that it refundable if your application denied.. Never apply here if your a civilian they could careless about the general public living there."

"Sounds super good initially, however, you realize that the cost of rent increases drastically. My rent increased by nearly $300 in less than a year. They are trying to scam you too. When you get your initial inspection to move out they won’t acknowledge any issues so they can charge you on the final inspection. I requested the maintenance team to come out for repairs within 5 days of moving out and the manager said that “I shouldn’t be charged, if nothing was acknowledged in the initial inspection.” He said repairs would be made following our move-out even though I had requests while under lease. Really tried to make away like some thieves. Find a cheap spot out in town. Good properties and great maintenance team members but too much of a headache in other areas. I edited my comment because I still haven’t got a call from any of their personnel so don’t let them fool you with their activity in the comments."

"New resident to Ft. Sheridan community following PCS. Difficulty with initial housing application acquisition and general communication with housing office very frustrating. These problems were resolved promptly following assignment to agent Mariah Y. She kept communication transparent, professional, and constant throughout limited waitlist process and got us into a wonderful house quickly. Highly recommend asking for her directly upon arriving to office to get the job done without any kind of run-around. Could not speak higher of her and hope she is promoted ASAP! Hunt was professional on move-in day and has been very quick with answering our initial maintenance requests placed through their app (3x services within 48hr of placing request)."
