"When I say the building is full of art and creative people! The layout and comfort of the apartments is perfect to me and I really love it here. Everyone of all races interacts with one another in a respectful way. And it’s downtown 5 min away from everything!!"

"Great idea of apartments for artists"
"This place is absolutely beautiful and a really good space to create however and light of recent events they don't do a lot of help with the senior artists and getting them out of a point of scarcity when they are unable to create like they used to instead they are scaring them with notices and not providing any resources to the community for them to get the type of paperwork they may need to fill out at the point in their lives. It's a shame that what was supposed to be such a great space for people to create has become a space for people to wonder whether they're going to have a place to live or not because they're not as active as they used to be"
