"My recent visit to Office Max was disappointing. I could not find a salesperson to help me. I wandered throughout the store to find what I wanted and the line at the register was 7 people deep. I think there were only 2 associates in the whole store. The shelves desperately needed restocking, but no one was doing it. And the prices were prohibitively high. This new retail trend of reducing staff is a disservice to the customers and has to stop. This Office Max is no different. What should have been a 10 minute visit turned into 30 because I could not find help and the line at the register was so long. The cashier was very pleasant. A bright spot in a dark experience."
