"When I was looking for apartments, I came across Park 205. I read reviews about bad management but still wanted to check it out. I took an appointment which was confirmed by management then waited for an hour without response from them emailed them but they also didn't respond. Certainly wouldn't trust them to manage my future apartment"

"Make sure to have your lawyer and accountant ready. I moved in September 2021. The team was good. Maintenance team is excellent but grossly overworked. I moved out in August 2022. The office staff is completely different. There is no remedy to issues. You MUST follow their rules and put everything in writing. Check every invoice. Be ready for a fight when you challenge a charge. It's December and I'm still waiting for an incorrect charge to be removed from my final invoice. Property is nice but expensive. The company running the property doesn't really care about the tenants or their experience anymore."

"Was a really great building with good amenities. However since trilogy took over it has gone downhill. Their staff never returns a phone call, maintenance issues go unresolved and the building is just not well staffed (garbage piles up on weekends). The parent company is also totally non-responsive. I reached out twice after not getting email or phone reaponse from the building staff and they also didn’t respond. Too bad, building is nice, location. Is great and it’s pet friendly. Would never rent in another building owned or operated by trilogy."

"I absolutely love living here at Park 205. I have a one bedroom apartment. My apartment has an washer and dryer in the unit and my own central heating and air conditioning unit as well. The building is very clean and well maintained. The building is LEED Silver and my utility bills are very low. The property management goes out of their way to make sure you are happy and are super responsive to your needs. The building is dog and cat friendly and is a happy place with animals. My cat loves it here. The location is awesome and you can walk to Whole Foods to get your groceries and walk into town so easily. I would highly recommend living here if you are looking for an apartment in Park a ridge."

"I have been here for almost a year and absolutely love the place. The location is fantastic and the apartment is very clean and well maintained. Also, it is extremely pet friendly and very convenient for the residents even during winter months. The staff is very friendly and responsive to your requests. The staff organizes socials for the residents giving out of towners an opportunity to mingle and make friends. I give it two thumbs up!"
