"Tried to start working with Scott Anders CPA in Jan 2020. Paid for an appointment for one of his employees to start reconciling our accounts in Quickbooks so we could get taxes organized for the year. Weeks later after not seeing or hearing any progress I contact them and was told that employee quit. I was not assigned to anyone else. After I called they assigned me another employee, had to go back in to office for same initial meeting. 2 months go by, quickbooks mostly reconciled, but still not complete and Ive been asking what they need for taxes now for weeks. They only started to work on them after I expressed that I felt as though I was being put on the back burner. I did not receive the packets they needed to move forward via email until April 16th. The day after taxes are due. Tried to get Scott to call about questions I had multiple time, never received anything but short emails. Instead of calling and dealing with the issues at hand today he would rather just recommend that I talk to another CPA. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend in any way."
