"if you want unknown people entering your apartment AT LEAST 12 times a year to check for pest/damages that you or your neighbors NEVER reported, tracking dirt across your carpet/floor, this place is PERFECT for you. after all, who pays for an apartment for PRIVACY? no one i know(i've been here for more than a few years now) have reported any pest issues, no one i know have reported any appliance issues, NO ONE asked for this yet they continue.its been going on for damn near three years. 2019 marked the end of the "good" days. the very second "the resurrection project" took over this building is the same second it died. theres other glaring issues but this one takes the cake. Stay Away if you can."
"Solid location, relatively tidy. However, management is not very personable and have not been helpful in helping to resolve issues with other tenants if/when issues arise. They also give less than 24 hours notice when entering your apartment. They even want to charge you to fix light fixtures in your apartment or ask you to fix it yourself. No doubt that if something ends up broken because they asked you to fix it yourself they will charge you for it. This should be used as an emergency option only. There are many more places to live more accommodating than this place."
"This review is as valid as 9/2017 (aka when my lease is up). This was my first place and this is a horrible place to live, it feels like you have little to no rights at this place. You can't have company unless they allow it (and if they don't allow it, they will tow you in 2 minutes), they go in your apartment every Thursday, they don't let you hang up pictures and signs in your place, my specific apartment was not cable and internet ready (even though they said it was) and never got it fixed or compensated me for it. Then, 1 week before rent is due I get a letter in my door saying my rent is going from $690.00 to $975.00. Sound familiar? This place was like a jail. All in all, this place is for people who have no other choice, because that is how they treat their residence. I even had a meeting with them and their property manager, and nothing was done or fixed. I paid my rent, kept my noise low, never got in trouble cause I work A LOT, and I still was treated 2nd class! Clean place, good location, bad experience, bad accomodations , bad apartment. DON'T SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU!"
"It was me and my husbands first apt we were expecting we've lived there for one year in 2011-2012 we caught bed bugs and had too throw away all of our furniture!!! They acted as if it were our fault and didn't wanna return our deposit when we left!! We found out the day we were leaving that it wasn't just our apartment effected by it!! It was a lot of people who had bed bugs! So it was something they could've treated and fixed!!!"
"I used to live here 2010-2014. Best apartment complex! Great, friendly office and maintenance staff. They are so quick to accomodate and fix repairs. Only left to move to GA. Miss them greatly! Especialy the office manager Ms. Janette Jones. The area is convenient to pretty much everything within 5-10 minutes. If you're thinking about renting here, don't think, just do it! Thanks for everything!"
