"This place is amazing! The owner is so sweet and so is the receptionist! They send maintenance out right away and fixed all of the issues!!! I love it here!!"
"The actual owners of the building contact info like a email at the very least should be posted for residents. I have been complaining about the heat in my unit for a while and no one has done anything to fix the issue. It worked perfectly fine days ago and now you feel little to no heat at all this is ridiculous. My floors are cold, even in my bedroom where I have carpet!!!"
"The mangers before in 2017 and now 2023 are phenomenal that’s why I decide to come back to rent . and the receptionist at the front desk are very polite and mangers are very business oriented. They make the Atmosphere very pleasant !! And work with the tenants when there are complaints . They make the community very pleasant ."
"They're trying to raise my rent $100 without giving me proper notice. They don't stay in the office during posted hours and never answer the phone. They make everyone in the building share utilities, no matter how much of each service you use. They charge you a pest control fee but are useless in preventing anything. Neighbors are loud all night and no one cares. The towing company they have a contract with are predatory and horrible people. It took them 2 months to fix the light in the laundry room. We have an outlet in our apartment that shorts out our entire place if we use it, and another outlet that doesn't work at all. Way too expensive for what you get. The after-hours emergency line is staffed by extraordinarily rude women. It took them over 2 hours to get back to me about be locked out. When I continued to call back and check the status of my request they hung up on me multiple times. Then they had the audacity to tell me it would be a $50 service fee to let me in to my home. Even though I was calling the office before the posted hours were over. All in all, the management is useless and greedy. Also I've been trying to contact them for 3 days about a blown fuse in my unit. A quarter of my power doesn't work, including the master bedroom and all outlets along the same wall. Highly recommend no one moves in here and they go out of business. They deserve it. Manager Sylvia is a tiny woman on a power trip. Everything in my home is falling apart and all my online maintenence requests have been ignored. Nothing against the maintenance crew, however. They're all good dudes. Management is just useless."
"Do NOT live here. We rented here for 1 year and were eager to get out as soon as we could. First, we did have a dog during this time. They were good about us having one. The dog park is always covered in feces so you are really unable to use it. People also just don't pick up after there dogs but nothing is maintained and kept clean by the property. When it comes to the unit, it has floor heating vents that you have no control over. We even asked the maintenance and management if we were able to turn them off because our apartment would get so hot. We had to leave our AC on all day every day, which in turn made our utility bill higher than it needed to be. We were also told that it had central A/C when in reality it was a window unit. You pretty much have no control over the temperature in these apartments. During the time we stayed there, they were switching over their parking situation. My car was parked in our lot, and we were told that if you had an expired sticker that it would be towed. I informed the front desk, the towing company, and management that my car was not expired and that I was simply waiting for the sticker in the mail. I even provided paper work and receipts that the sticker was paid for and on its way. They told me that would be fine to post in my car in the meantime. But they went ahead and towed my car anyways and then denied our previous conversation and refused to refund us for the towing cost. They were very rude and cussed at us when we were trying to find a solution to this issue. Another issue that we had was that our electricity/wiring went out in our whole side of the apartment. The wiring had blown and our fridge had gone out. This was in March during peak pandemic when the grocery stores were empty. We called maintenance and were given their answering service where we were told it was not an emergency and they would not let our maintenance team know. This left us with most of our food going bad in our fridge, and not getting ahold of anyone til the next day. With that, the maintenance team is only available until 5pm during the week. So if you work, good luck getting them to fix anything after that time. The beginning of our lease we had no problems, but things just got worse towards the end of it. I would not recommend this property to anyone mainly because of the management and their front desk who has no idea what is going on."
