"Don’t do business with this company. Amazon business and Office Depot are way better. The business development manager Krista encourages the business development representative to lie to customers. When you think of someone who is incompetent and in-humane think of Krista. Krista is someone who lets a title get to her head. In all honesty people on her team are way more capable of being the Business development manager."

"Truly there are other, less expensive places with better service to get your office supplies and furniture. Every so often, I try them, say every 5 years over a 35 year period. Every time, they disappoint. Poorly run, nonexistent customer service, high prices, rude sales force. I'm surprised they are still in business at this point."

"Cashed a check that was not made out to them sent by accident. Three Mel the later of phone calls and emails , they have not returned the money. Now the “credit” that was on my account has disappeared and no one know why or where it went."

"If you really want your complaints to be resolved go to BBB and file a complaint. They kept calling after I checked their products and didn’t like them because of their quality. They gave me their products and after a day working with them wanted to return them, the label was issued and I did returned it. It took 2 more months they calling me about the return. That they were gonna put that on the bureaus of credit. Finally the situation was resolved. They keep sending this coupons (with the name of an ex-employee) that I don’t want and I opted to be out. Every now and then they call too. It’s so annoying."

"Very disappointed with ordering from Quill. This is the 3rd try with them and still having issues. Our first time our items were damaged. Our second time half our shipment wasn't delivered when it showed delivered. Was told to wait some more days. Come to find out it was delivered to another office in the lobby area and no one knew it was for anyone as the delivery guys just dropped it against the wall off to the side behind a fake tree! Now again half the order is missing, says delivered, not left at the fake tree in the other office and definitely not at our office. I chat with them and they said tomorrow we should get it (maybe) and we are not in the office. They said they would just drop it outside. Thank you but by the time Monday comes my copy paper (20 reams) will be destroyed from the rain we will get. Hoping they wait until monday to deliver."
