"Dr. Knight has been my children's doctor since my first child was born in 2012 and our second in 2014. even after we moved to Fenton in 2020 we continue to drive to Hazelwood just to see him. We have never had a bad experience, he is very patient with the kids and us. my kids love going to see him."
"My 3 children have been going to Dr. Knight for over 12 years now…I had one mishap years ago but it was with a receptionist that is no longer there. Everyone there is very attentive, professional as well as courteous. I’ve never had a long wait time for an appointment."
"Dr. Knight has been my children's pediatrician ever since they were born. I have been with Dr. Knight for over 15 years and I am always so happy with him. He is an excellent doctor and really takes time to explain what he is doing, what he thinks the issue may be if there is one what the solution is going to be. He genuinely cares and I think that is so important. I highly recommend Dr. Knight!"
"Dr Knight was wonderful the first visit I had for my sons 2 year check up.. However every visit I have made after that has been a night mare. Wait time is insane... One visit we sat for over 30 minutes and ended up having to leave. Another visit for my daughter and we showed up for our 2pm appointment at 1:35pm because its stressed to come early... Time ticked until it was 2:30pm and no one said or communicated that Dr Knight was running behind. I had to go to the front desk and all she could say was," Oh you wanna know when you're going to be seen?" No I do not! I am telling you that I am leaving and switching pediatricians. There is no communication between staff and patients and they will forget about you in the waiting room. I waited an entire hour before I had to get up and ask whats going on. When I posted my concerns to face book got a lot of reviews that complained about the same thing. I really wanted to give Dr Knight a chance but this was two visits in a row."
"I am very disappointed with Dr. Knight's approach with my child. He didn't take the time to get to know my baby, appointments were short, and gave no information regarding her condition. When my daughter was a over a month old, I made an appointment for them to check her out for acid reflux, which I told them she had during her first month's doctors appointment - but no one listened to me. It wasn't until I went I visited, admittedly angry, about her constant throwing up, and crying. On top of her having acid reflux, no one knew what milk she should drink, so my newborn baby went through at least 4 milks before a formula was decided upon to fit her condition. After having to visit with the Nurse Practioner (because Dr. Knight was not available) she did not discuss the fact that the new milk she put my baby on was not "wic" approved. I feel like that was very inconsiderate of her to not do the research in the first place, regarding our situation. I am always on time to our appointments, but constantly wait over an hour to see Dr. Knight or Nurse practitioner. Above all, what upset me the most, was Dr.Knight failing to fill her prescription for her acid reflux for a month. I just want my daughter to be healthy, and trust that those in charge of her well-being are taking the necessary steps. Thank you, - Darielle"
