"DO NOT BUY ANY ELECTRONIC DEVICES FROM STAPLES!!! They have only 2-week return policy!!! It's funny that I went to Staples to buy my CANON printer because I naively believed that if I had any problem with the device that since they are local it would be no problem for them to alleviate the problem. I WAS COMPLETELY WRONG!! I chose the absolutely worst place to buy an item because of their TWO (2) WEEK RETURN POLICY ON ELECTRONIC DEVICES. If I had purchased a Staples Warranty that they offered for a high price then they would have considered replacing the item and not returning it to get a different item or no item at all. Within the first week I was having problems with my CANON Imageclass MF451DW Printer/Copy/Scan machine. It turned out it is a software issue between computer and printer. It will not fix. Staples told me to go to CANON after only I tried getting the printer fixed for 2 to 3 weeks. Staples won't even allow to replace unit with a different unit. I wish I bought from AMAZON or Walmart or Best Buy who have much better return policies. Although I must be fair and say the return policy is a Corporate Policy and not a local Staples policy. It's little wonder that Staples is on its way to bankruptcy."

I worked with Brian S, the general manager, Brian E, a certified tech, and Judy at the customer service desk as well as a few other employees whose names I didn't catch, and all were incredibly friendly and accommodating to my complicated order. Brian S set me up so I was able to receive the out of stock items I needed with the store's promotion that wasn't available online, delivered the very next day. Couldn't have had a more positive experience!"

"Frustrating I went in for a simple purchase. A week-by-week calendar for 2019. The store was convenient to my route of travel, so I ran in for what I expected to be a five minute stop. As might be expected at most any large retail office supply store, there was a large selection that was in a bit of a mess. Stores are staffed at bare minimum levels. I spoke with a kind, friendly associate who said he just reorganized the planner section yesterday. He was as helpful as he could be, but it was still a challenge to find something appropriate. There had to be at least 100 choices, most of them more apealing to women. I just wanted a basic solid color. I finally found something "good enough," but it took far too much time. This is why most people shop online. Next time, I most likely will. The two associates I interacted with were most friendly."
