"When I saw a customer walk out with tears in her eyes, I learned exactly why! The attitude problem these employees and MANAGERS have is beyond my comprehension! The management patronize customers and think they are in his words “straight forward !” Lol you are a manager, not my friend!! You don’t listen to the problem, you add to it. You also said “I know what this is about,” before I opened my mouth, and complained. It is obvious you work as a clique and defend your wrongs, even though the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT ( the decent ones are not the actual criminals). The problem is the way you approach situations. You judge people before you even know the circumstances, and that’s BAD management skills!!! Also, next time, do not, have employees whispering in the ears of a manager in front of a customer! I am shocked beyond words how some people actually get their manager jobs. The problem is quality of humanity, decency, respect, and actual qualifications have all gone down the toilet."

"Went here yesterday to buy a USB drive that I saw advertised online. There was a card I needed to bring to register to retrieve the drive. The older lady working at the front was a complete terror to get help from. She was extremely rude and unhelpful. Apparently I picked up the wrong card in regards to what I found online and instead of just politely explaining this, it came off as condescending and disrespectful. I was getting a vibe that I was being judged for some sort of preconceived ideas she might have about a certain group of people. After I walked out, the buzzer at the door went off. Felt like she purposely didn't clear my item correctly because she wanted me to be embarrassed. She continued to look at me like I stole something, so I walked back in and asked if there was a problem. I was still met with attitude, even though it wasn't my issue to own. Very confusing moment at this location. I go for print services and other things and was very disappointed in the way I was treated."
