"if i went on genuinely about what it's like to survive here with my unfortunate 20 years of experience in doing so, i'd just make myself and whoever is reading this sad. just know it's a low-income apartment complex and you get exactly what you pay for in this case. it doesn't matter what figurehead property manager comes and goes, evergreen property management seems to snake its agenda into the livelihoods of perhaps thousands of people across its 'communities' in the greater chicagoland area. i took 'nice' pictures of this place a while back and avoided the interior of the southern laundry room, which is cleaned perhaps once a year and has a major roach infestation. i showed some grass and leaves and used angles that didn't show the overabundance of garbage basically everywhere. how organizations and people have tried coming to uplift the residents here and hidden glen does nothing to allow them to. they disgust me, they are slumlords, and i have no intention of ever giving them a dime. i will escape this hole."

"Its nice having pets but if it's not nice walking outside to your car on the grass where all these dogs go poop I was told people are to be doing it themselves. But NO ONE is pick up their mess. I asked four months ago and still nothing still a lot of doggy poop along the grass when there is a very big side of grass on the other side of the apartment building. It is so sad that our apartment building looks like it's going down hill. Vandalism people walking in into your apartment after being told not to come in kids taking and destroying property"
