"I know it’s difficult, and it feels like it’ll always hurt. You’ve been broken and feel lost, not knowing when it’ll end. But I think you’re brave. You’re fearless and determined to make it through despite all the pain. Taking this step to get help is incredible, and I am so proud you made it this far. Whatever happens, know you are worth everything, you are beautiful and deserve to feel the sun and breeze, the rain and smell of fresh laundry. May your days be sweet and light, may you find comfort here and if not may your journey continue on in peace and security. You will make it, you will thrive, and it is an honor to know I’m sharing the world with someone as wonderful as you."
"It is true that her appointments are always late example, patients appointment can be at 3pm but the doctor won’t call you until 5pm however that’s because this psychiatrist takes time to listen and assest her clients. She had never made me feel rush, she always has time to listen. She always ask me about my opinion with the meds that she gives me. Always willing to accommodate to clients needs. Rosy her assist goes beyond her job to make sure clients get their paperwork done well and she always in a great mood."
"DON'T BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME WITH THIS INCONSIDERATE DOCTOR. Have been waiting for three hours. Had I known I would have brought myself dinner and my phone charger. I mean instead of scheduling her patients to adequately serve their schedules she makes you wait 3 hours while she sees other "new" patients and then when it's your turn insists on seeing an old patient because it won't take as long. Oh and she's not finished with the previous patient to begin with. My whole day is wasted. I could have picked my son up from school, made dinner, done some laundry and then come to see her and still most likely would have had to wait. This is an egregious waste of my time and the fact that she smiled and thought this was okay is ridiculous. Like I said don't bother wasting your time with this inconsiderate woman. If I could give no stars I would."
"I took my husband to be evaluated. The office staff was friendly. We waited a few hours to be seen, as she has so many people waiting in the office (I thought I could go for my lunch break and ended up having to take the afternoon off). When my husband finally got called in, she asked why I had to go in with him. I work in the mental health field and observe his behaviors. He had our little girl with him and the Dr said she could wait outside. She sat with her back towards me, spoke to my husband a few minutes. When I tried to put in my thoughts it felt as if it was ignored. She was wearing such a short dress, my husband said he had a Sharon Stone moment."
"I was a patient with Dr. Diaz-Vogt for over 10 years. My first was a great review of her. Well, that has changed. The experience just became worse and worse. The wait time is 2 hours for a 10-minute appointment where she just really talks about herself. I know her life history yet, she always forgets mine. Who's paying who? This was my first time getting any treatment before so, I really didn't know any better. Until I realized after 10 years, was I really getting anything out of this? After I started seeing a therapist and sharing my experiences, she herself asked me why do I continue to see her? Needless to say I'm seeing someone new who correctly diagnosed me and put me on the right medications. I'm feeling better than I have in a very long time. I wasted my time. So, whoever takes the time to read this, see someone else. Her new staff is really rude too. The newest gal that is at the front window should not be working in an office with people who are getting treatment for mental health. No compassion. She went off on me numerous times. I discussed it with the office manager and she didn't seem to care. I canceled my last appointment and wished her a good day. 10 years... Don't be me. That's it. Good day!"
