"I have lived here for a year, and if I wasn't moving out of state for work, I'd absolutely be renewing. You get a very basic but spacious apartment in a very convenient location at a rather affordable rate. All the flooring in my unit was brand new when I moved in, and the cabinets were recently repainted. A complex-wide "no smoking" rule helps keep the whole area feeling clean. (Although the laundry/storage rooms have a "backrooms" kind of vibe) Sound isolation could be better; from my living room, I can hear anything going on in the hallway and vice versa. Thankfully the bedroom is very well isolated if your window's shut. Plan on buying a portable A/C if you move in, or at least have a box fan to push air from the living room to the bedroom (it will literally be like 15 degrees cooler in the living room than the bedroom otherwise!) Management has been great. Any changes or maintenance warnings (such as re-sealing the parking lot) were well communicated, and any of my other inquiries were quickly taken care of properly. For a young professional moving out of home for the first time, this was a great place to live and my fiancee and I will surely miss it."
