"My husband and I moved here while we were expecting our little boy. The experience has been very pleasant! Diana in the office is great to work with and gets things done for you. The maintenance men are down to earth and quite funny! We would have stayed another year but are relocating out of state. We lived in Building 33 with a 2nd floor unit that looks directly into a great courtyard and a beautiful tree(I think a flowering dogwood). Overall it has been a great experience and we were pleased!"

"Me and my husband moved in this summer and we loved it! We decided to choose this apartment right after we did a tour here. The new management company took over in January 2019 according to office staff. We don't know how it was before, but the current office staff (Dianna and Candace) are absolutely nice and helpful. Maintenance request now can be submitted online. They always get things fixed promptly. We like the apartment layout that can use space efficiently. Love the spacious bathroom with high ceiling. The environment is quiet and beautiful. It's right next to Waterfall Glen Forest Preserve. There's trail entrance next to the apartment. Parking is never a problem. Overall, we are happy that we found this place and would definitely recommend Waterfall Glen Apartments to others."

"-5 stars.. TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE. I have been here for a year and a half. And 6 times my car has been towed with a parking pass. 1400$ I have paid for tows and the management just keeps making me buy more passes. Not only have I paid 235$ each tow but every time it has been towed there has been scratches left all over the car and items stolen out of the car as well. My neighbors have seen kids trying to break into my car multiple times and my neighbors smoke cigarettes in their apartment and stink up the whole place (no cigarette smoke is allowed inside). Animals go crazy at all hours of the night. Management was mistaken and made me throw out my brand new grill then realized they were wrong about not being able to have it and when I threw out my 500$ grill, they never even said sorry for being wrong. When I first moved in rent was 925 for a one bedroom. I'm now paying 1100 + electricity.. close to 1300 a month for this run down place. No security cameras and theft is rampant here. I would never recommend anyone to live here."

"The MANAGER (Rachelle) is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! I called the office 15 times and left a voicemail and got no response. So I went to the sales office to speak to someome, because there was a sanitary issue in the hallway of our building. Not only did she make it seem like it wasn't her problem, like she couldn't call a cleaning company to take care of it, (someone or some thing...pooped on the hallway floor, and it's bad enough for the tenant to leave such obscenities) but after I told her what was wrong she didn't seem to care AT ALL. Said she was the only one working and rolled her eyes when I expressed that I understand having lots of responsibility and being left on your own, but that this was an important issue because it's UNSANITARY, AND AFFECTS EVERYONE IN THE BUILDING. She rudely cut me off after she would ask a question about the situation. Seemed more pissed off because I knocked on the door with my cell phone after trying to open it (during business hours) and it was locked. So when I peeked in and saw no one, I knocked loudly as to be heard. This place half asses everything until something really breaks down. I've had my share of bad experiences living here and have held my tongue. But after being treated so terribly, I can no longer keep quiet. Please everyone do your research before moving here. I wish I had nicer things to say, it's in a good location, you get a lot of space, price isn't so bad, but it's a shame that such undeserving people work in a place that has so much potential. Good luck with your searching, but keep moving on."
