"I have lived at the Hillcrest Apartments in Glen Ellyn for nearly 3 years. I really liked it here. The apartments are roomy and have plenty of closet space. Anytime I needed something repaired the maintenance guys fixed it promptly and were always very nice. The snow plowers did their best cleaning the parking lot in the Winter. If parking spots weren't cleaned, it's because some of the tenants were too lazy to move their cars and would let their cars sit. The crew did a great job with the kind of Winter we just had. The ladies in the office, Heidi, Jennifer and Sandi all do a fantastic job. They do a great job of making Hillcrest a nice place to come home to. I recently moved out of state but will definitely want to come back if things don't work out. This was home for me and I enjoyed living here."

"Long time Hillcrest resident, I just searched for the property website and the wrong website popped up on the google listing. For everyone's information, this is a good property. I pay a ridiculously low amount for a 2 bedroom apartment. My 2 bedroom apartment is cheaper than vast majority of one bedroom apartments in the area. The office is a little abrupt occasionally, but all maintenance issues are addressed quickly and, what they lack in bed side manner, they make up for in efficiency. During this horrible time, I am so grateful that my rent is not a burden. I am also 10 mins from work meetings in Oak Brook or Naperville; the Schaumburg area is about 20 mins away. Downtown is a little more difficult of a commute, it takes me about 45 mins. Overall a decent place to live, centrally located for Du Page county, and very reasonable rent."

"My parents used to live at the Hillcrest Apartment in Glen Ellyn, IL. By the contract we ware required to give written note 2 mounts prier to moving out witch we did. About 45 days after we moved out we received the letter from a collection agency for $75 for some cleaning. Let me remand you that they kept the security deposit and the explanation was that we moved out before the lease expired than what was the reason of giving the 2 mounts note. Getting the $75 to collection without giving me any invoice or anything like that prier reporting is ridicules but any how this is just the beginning of my reporting."
