"Don't buy a property here. The HOA is godawful. Jackie, who works in property office, is racist and discriminates against residents that are minorities. I've had nothing but poor interactions with all of the managing staff - Pedro, Jackie, Kim, Jennifer. They all try to use scare tactics and threaten residents with fines. I have years of documentation to support this. So glad I sold my property last year! 10/10 would not recommend."

The tone, attitude and overall experience the leasing office gave was horrible. Do NOT recommend moving here, let alone even touring the place. Big waste of time and energy."

Clearview Management's on-site management and maintenance team is remarkable. Kim and Jackie handle all requests and administrative issues promptly and responsibly. In addition the maintenance team of Mags and Robert are top-notch and responsive. I highly recommend the property, the Clearview Management team and the Clearview Maintenance team."
