Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

"Tried calling before hand to make sure they had liquid cheese. Called 6 times, no one answered. Decided to drive there to see if it was busy, only one car in the drive through. So how come no one could bother to pick up the phone? Ordered our food and obviously it was expensive, no surprise there. Chandler was taking our order and was just rude. Very disappointed with the customer service at this place. I’ve been here a few times and I love the food, I just can’t wrap my head around how people can have such terrible customer service. There were at least 6 people working there at 7:30 at night and no one heard the phone ringing. Very disappointing."

"We finally tried Freddy’s. Unfortunately, our experience wasn’t the best. The best thing about the restaurant was that they have booster seats with straps and high chairs. Our food was terrible. The meat tasted and smelled really old. It smelled like rot… the fries were cold and the cheese curds were smashed and stiff. The chicken fingers were hot but extremely tough. So, we couldn’t really chew them. The workers were eating in the lobby, sitting at a table on their phones, cleaning the windows and carting on. Which is fine… except they just looked at my husband standing at the counter. They walked past him numerous times and ignored him. We gave it a try because we heard it was supposed to be good. We just aren’t fans."

"We expressed to them that we were first timers and we were honestly very disappointed. To expensive for what they have to offer. My fries in my Cheese fries were burnt and tasted okay I guess me and my wife rated them a 4/10 and also the cheese curds were very soft and almost doughy and again didn’t taste the greatest. All I got were those 2 and regular size strawberry and mint chocolate chip shake and concrete mixer for $25.00. Culver’s and beefarro are offering way more and better tasting food for less. I am so disappointed will never recommend or eat here again."

"THIS PLACE DESERVES 0 STARS! Waited over and hour for our food, two meals. One meal was super hot and the other meal was super cold. Then Sarah the “manager” going and giving out combo cards like that makes it any better. I am sitting inside right now and let me tell you for my first time ever here, I will NOT ever be back. Even with this so call free combo card. I would have rather had my refund and went to McDonalds."

"I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, ketchup, mustard, pickles, no onions. Receipt states ketchup and no onion. I received two soggy beef patties drenched in mustard, a single slice of pickle, lots of onions, but no ketchup and NO CHEESE. I called, and my choices were to come back in for a coupon, or, against their policy, process a refund. I choose door #3 - charge back through my CC. Note: This was my first (and last) time at Freddy's. They have nothing on Culver's."
