The persistent lack of friendliness from the front desk staff and confusion around pricing raised significant concerns about the overall client experience. The decision-making process for suggested procedures felt transactional, highlighting the need for a more client-focused and transparent approach. It would be beneficial if, during appointment scheduling, potential additional costs like blood testing were discussed in advance, along with their purpose and relevance to my pet's history. Despite recognizing the positive aspect of taking more responsibility, such as reviewing medical records, the lack of acknowledgment during visits remains a concern. Clarifying communication and understanding before decisions are finalized would greatly enhance the overall experience, and Dr. Sullivan is a solid doctor and seems to genuinely care about animals. The attitude of the front desk leaves more to be desired but we all have bad days- me included."
