"Typically not one to leave reviews however this place has really let both my boyfriend and I down. We have not even been here a full year yet and we are supposedly on our third management team. What’s funny is it’s the same employees as the old management. You’d think because the employee staff is the same their organization and attention to their tenants would be higher on a priority list. THATS NOT THE CASE AT ALL. Unfortunately they’ve continued to let us down countless times. We unfortunately signed a lease to resign in July with an increase of (approx $500 ) and a week ago we received a message telling us our lease was about to expire and if we were interested in resigning…HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE OUR WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION?! We still don’t know what’s really going on either and we’re only a couple days away from our renewal. This management really does a horrible job to make you feel “taken care of”. Any maintenance order has been marked as completed when no one has come to complete anything. Here’s the kicker.. it’s been brought to my attention that the lady who shows the model home brings her laundry over and does it in the model home while she’s “suppose to be working?” Not sure how professional that is or if she’s even doing her job. It truly bothers me that all I have left to do is leave a negative review in hopes that something can get taken care of."

"I would not recommend this place to anyone. The old management team was great while this one is absolutely terrible. They don’t take your maintenance requests serious as I had sent one a few weeks ago about the hallway lighting and they still have yet to fix it. They won’t negotiate rent and raise it well over 20%. “That’s the going rate” as they say. The going rate maybe for places that have amenities and actually care for their tenants. At one point we went weeks without our grass being cut. The lights in the parking lot were out for days. And the “sprinklers” they set up water the side walk, not the grass. Anyone reading this do yourself a favor and rent else where. There’s many vacancies here and for good reason. NOBODY should rent here. I regret my choice of re signing, I just didn’t have the time or energy to move again. Pt2 Late July I sent in for a request to have the hallway light fixed because it had been out for months. A week later they had changed the status of the request to completed. It is now almost September and it has NEVER been fixed. This place is a SCAM! DO NOT a move here. Not worth the money. They also went another month without cutting the grass. NO ODY returns calls and rumor is we are going to be on our 3rd management company and I haven’t even lived here a year."

"I had high hopes for this complex as we were the first tenants in this new development. Things took a turn towards the end of our lease though. 1. Prior management was fine as we didn’t have to deal with them much, MIA Properties. However, once new management, Peak Properties, took over, it has been extremely difficult to get answers to any questions, let alone get ahold of anyone. I made 2 maintenance requests- one for a window that wouldn’t open and the other for our washer that made high-pitched squeaking noises every time the drum would spin during the washing cycle. Both were made on 4/6/2022 and when we moved out 6/25, they still weren’t fixed. Management would email every so often and say “we haven’t forgot about you! We’re scheduling a technician!” but yea, they did forget and they never scheduled anyone for 3 months. 2. I have emails from prior management stating our rent would be negotiable once we got renewals (that were sent under the 60 day period as outlined in our lease) however, when I did send back a counter offer, the new management said no negotiations. New management raised rent OVER $500. I don’t care that the say it’s “inflation”, rent did not increase 25% everywhere else. Greedy and money hungry to not negotiate with tenants who wanted to stay, never missed a payment or was late on rent. 3. Since management breached our lease agreement contract and went back on their word of the opportunity to negotiate, I wanted my $100 move out fee to be waived, rightfully so. When I called to say we were moving due to the rent increase and poor management, Lauren agreed to waive our move out fee - BUT I also have it in an email as I knew management would argue it at some point. 4. Lastly, during our move out walkthrough, Stephanie took down our new address to send our security deposit to. I followed up after 3 weeks wondering if we should expect it soon as it has been almost 30 days since moving out. She informed me I never gave my address and requested it again. Fine, mistakes happen I guess. I have my address and got the check in the mail - less the move out fee that was promised to be waived! On our attached statement detailing our security deposit check total, there are 2 lines showing our fee added to our account and then another line below showing the fee waived but both are Sharpie’d out! With another line under readding the fee. At least delete the 2 lines before printing it if they’re going to play dumb? So, if the “owner” that’s responding to these seemingly all negative reviews sees this, I’d love to hear what you have to say about your management you’re employing."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE! We had high expectations for this condo given it’s beautiful design and great location. Little did we know, living here has been very stressful. Management is extremely difficult to get ahold of, we have had maintenance issues from before we first moved in, and were told it would be fixed right away… we have now been living here for over a year and none of those requests have been fulfilled. All the appliances are very cheap and break down or don’t work, which is inconvenient considering it can take weeks and months before someone gets back to you, and then sends someone to fix the problem. In the winter, they do a poor job of maintaining the parking lot. they will plow the snow at the beginning of snowfall and they never come back again leaving the lot full of slush - my car got stuck a few times and would be sliding around. there are only about 10 spots for guests that are filled every night because tenants park their extra cars there. Upon Lease renewal time, they jacked up our rent and gave us under the promised 60 day notice not giving us any time to find a new place to live. Then we found out that they negotiated cheaper rent for certain tenants but not for us. we have already spoken to 3 other tenants who told us they were able to talk down the price. one tenant told us they were told to remove their negative review in exchange for lower rent. not to mention there are 0 amenities. this is completely unfair and shows favoritism. they expect so much from us as tenants but do not hold up their end of the bargain…. the landlord/management is in constant breach of the lease since they do not do their part to ensure quality living. we had high hopes for the new management company but seems to be just as stressful and absent. very disappointed."

"Beautiful design yet poorly constructed with cheap finishes. They confuse new construction with “luxury apartments”. When we first moved in September 2021 dishwasher, garbage disposal and electric fireplace all did not work. Didn’t get fixed for two weeks. Interior doors were not properly installed. Lock gets stuck and handles get loose. I have to take it apart almost every month. Bathroom towel holders too. They also have loose shower heads and bathtub faucets with a large hole around it. They advised us to not hang anything on them or touch them because it would cause a leak in the unit below us. That’s nice. Maintenance recently changed and I was hopeful. I stand corrected. Apparently it was a good idea to go from Monday-Friday maintenance to just Tuesdays and Thursdays for a 90 unit complex. Currently the sliding tilting balcony door will not close and seal. There is a 3 inch gap and they won’t come until next week. Basically get ready to fix everything yourself. On top of it all, they underpriced them and now want everyone to renew their lease for hundreds more. People are moving out without many people moving in. Aside from everything else, the design is nice, it’s pet friendly and in a convenient location."
