"I’ve been resident of 20 West for about 4 years and not received anything short of exceptional service. I have renewed my lease a couple of times and even transferred within the building. When I do have an issue and reach out to management, they always respond appropriately and efficiently to attend to my needs. As a matter of fact, I was very pleased that Lincoln Property Company returned to manage the building. Not only are they truly professional, they are also caring. A few years ago, I had a major surgery and Georgia checked on me to see how I was doing and to see if there was anything I needed. The maintenance team, Tony and Lynwood, are extremely professional, thorough and dedicated to the building and the residents. Additionally, Josh and the cleaning team does an outstanding job maintaining the building.
