"A huge majority of the residents that live here are either elderly, disabled, or low income. Unfortunately, being in one of those categories and living there means management and the new owners will have total disregard and a lack of respect for your livelihood. They will be very dismissive and talk to you any way they please, no customer service skills at all. They have an attitude that You should be grateful that you have a roof over your head. Don't dare complain about roaches, bed bugs, or mice you ungrateful peasants! Of course we didn't notify you of this change or this notice, or this rent increase in a timely manner but your rent is 3 days late. Here's your eviction notice!! How they behave is not right and very unprofessional"

"People in office owners do not care about the tenants. Complex was renovated and my apartment was turned into a wheelchair handicap accessible apartment. Everything is low. I'm not handicap at all n I'm forced to stay in it. I was given ni indication of what I would be moving back into. Briana says well you have a new apartment n she they thought it would be okay. If someone handicap needs it that's the only way I can get a regular apartment. I would not recommend living here to anyone. They have no compassion lack empathy just rude."

"Extremely condescending, lacking in empathy, and lacking in proper etiquette overall. The assistant manager is rude to the tenants and the maintenance team. She acts Iike interactions with the people who live here is such a 'chore' for her. I get it that we all get stressed with work, but seriously reel in the emotions and work on your people skills. Also, don't threaten people with eviction unless they've done something like being a public disturbance, have been given several warnings and fines or failing to pay rent."

"Use to be good with the old landlord, now with the new landlord without checking their record of rent payment. Sent us a notice a few months back saying they never received our payment so they sent us a notice warning if we don’t pay we get evicted. Went down to the office with statements to prove we made the payment, they double check and they realized they sent the notice to the wrong “Nguyen” family and promise us it will never happen again. And now we get another notice saying we owe another late payment and they will evict us. We call 10 times with no answer, we left a voicemail with no call back. They post that they don’t have enough workers so the office doors are lock and if we need to speak to the office people we need to call and make an appointment. How can I prove that I didn’t make any late payment when I can’t even speak to the people in the office. I lived here for 15 years and has never had a problem until this new landlord."
