"First time using this company and it was a good experience. I had already had someone else check/fix my unit and they had to come back twice because it stopped working. The third time he came out he didnt fix it but still charged me $60 just to check it and tell me I needed a new unit. I decided to call Norway and they came out the same day I called them and gave me a free estimate and 2 quotes on what my options were. They came out the next week to replace my outdoor unit and charged me exactly what they said they would. I would definitely recommend them to anyone."
