"My wife and I went there today to deal with an issue from their recent transition from their recent merger with TD Ameritrade. We tried contacting Schwab through their 800 number but could not have the issue resolved. We made the drive to this office and the lady at reception quickly and professionally addressed our issue. The poor ratings on this location must be from disgruntled investors. I received stellar service and results at this location. Schwab's trading platform is a definite improvement from TD Ameritrade."

"Goodness. I tried calling my representative. Reached her voicemail, which said I could dial out to reach a support team member. After answering multiple automated questions it transfers me to "the next representative" then disconnects me. This happened several times in a row. They need to fix their phone answering system. Frustrating. Can't even reach the office number to ask a simple question."

"If I could give negative stars I would. Do not trust the individuals working here with your money. They will inaccurate report your earning to the IRS and cause you months of difficulty and thousands of dollars. They take short cuts and don't report the proper information even when it is provided. Stay away."
