"We had a half a beef processed here and the cuts are AWFUL! They took beautiful strip steaks and cut them in half down the center! Now we have steaks that are about an inch and a half wide! They were all ruined! They ground the hamburger fine. Ugh. Big lesson learned!"

"This small town meat market is a MUST visit if you are traveling to Galena via Route 20. The filets that we purchased were among the best steaks I've ever eaten. Am really looking forward to enjoying the ham that we purchased for Thanksgiving!"
