"I don't recommend this apartment to no body there are to many cockroach they say or send a paper in your door saying that you need to take out you dishes because they coming to spray cockroach killer and they never go. they love wasting your time .other if you want to report something they say maintenance be there and they never there or the office person grabe a paper to write what you report and never did they just make you think they did wy i ask to the workers and they said she never did a report about your aparment. Ho is the office person the worst is VICKY she don't care about what wrong with you apartment ."
"I lived here from 2009 until 2017. I hated it, but needed to save money. It's always dirty, the mold is really bad. The office doesn't listen to complaints about mold, they give you a dehumidifier and pretend the problem doesn't exist. Drunks under the stairs , kids playing in the halls, people letting their dogs pee in the hallways in the winter so they dont have to walk them, people peeing outside, music and LIVE BANDS playing in the apartments, multiple families living in a 2 bedroom apartment. No one cares. I moved to a bigger apartment in 2016, and finally left the property in 08/2017. I left the apartment EXACTLY as it was when I moved in, cleaned it and shampood the carpets and they STILL took money from my security deposit. I hate this place so much, it should be closed down by the city."
"Too many strikes against the apartment. I have come home to my apartment unlocked after maintenance was in and all my stuff was moved to one side of the room. The management doesn't do anything about nouse complaints and there is rarely any parking on weekends. The management says they care that there are people without stickers taking up all the parking but their actions speak otherwise. I only recommend this place if you want to live somewhere where the management breaks the lease. I am planning on moving out early due to their breech of contract."
"I have lived here since 03/2009..and I think it has gone from bad to worse. I live in the building that houses the rental office- and it is the best building by far. Before that I lived in a different building and it was pretty awful. The roaches are terrible, we had a problem with mice a few times that went unattended. There aren't enough garbage dumpsters for the amount of people that live on this property (this is A LOT of people as I have seen several families living in a 2 bedroom apartment). Because of this the dumpsters are always overflowing with trash- and depending on what building it is the residents are extra ratchet and have garbage littered all over the grass around it.The parking lots are a mess; they are crumbling and in desperate need to be redone. I have had my car towed several times because I have parked where I thought there was a designated spot when there was none. This is due to the fact that the lines are SOO worn you can barely see them; which poses a problem in the winter and at night. I have gotten into several strongly worded discussions and have gotten as far as speaking to the managers of the property manager and got nowhere. Another time I had my car towed for having no parking sticker when it was CLEARLY placed on the glass in plain sight. There are issues with neighbors throwing parties with full-on bands playing ( i have had to call the cops SO OFTEN), NOISY neighbors because so many people are living in a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment, urine in the hallways (i had a neighbor who would let their dog urinate in the hallways in the winter to avoid going out in the cold), I have caught people urinating outside by the exits, drunks asleep under the stairs, and dog crap everywhere- NO ONE curbs their damn dog- so it is easy to step in poop if you aren't careful. Four years ago the apartments were "renovated" with new insulation, windows and patio doors. That was a disaster- the company they hired did a crap job of it and now there are problems with drafty, freezing apartments, mold and condensation. Speaking of mold, you can report it all you want, but nothing ever gets done- they just send the painter to paint over it- he is a hell of a slob. The other maintenance crew are equally as slovenly in the way they work- EVERY SINGLE TIME they come to do work in my apartment I have to clean up the mess they leave- HIGHLY unprofessional. There is laundry but it's hard to find a time when all the machines are working at once; and there are only 3 washers and 3 dryers for an entire building (which has 24 apartments if i'm not mistaken)...... Buuuuuuttttt....if you nee a place to rent and aren't particular nor fussy, this place is at its very best simply "good enough". Why am I here? the rent was (until recently) the cheapest rent in the area, and I needed an affordable place to rent while I got through university However, with the rent recently being hiked up to more than what the value of the rental is (given that it needs to be CONSTANTLY worked on), I would say this is my last year leasing."
"You get what you pay for. Winter months are the worst. Drafty windows, non shoveled walk ways, and the parking lot is rarely done right. These apartments could definitely use major upgrading. Laundry room is in the basement but know that there are only 3 washers and 3 dryers for 21 apartments. Even then, you may get lucky that they all work at the same time. Rent is cheap and space is good enough. This place is no different than Aspen Ridge, roaches, roaches, roaches. We figured out we have to do our own trap setting along with the terminator to keep them away."
