"They decided to do long form on my taxes after I told them my standard deductions would be higher than the itemized. They didn't even check on that, then informed me I owe 1158 dollars, plus 155 for the work. The next morning I checked the ez form and called them to fix it. When I got there, they deducted an additional 29 dollars for this return, minus an actual refund instead of paying. Then they only wanted to offer me a credit voucher instead of the 155 dollar refund for screwing up. I found this unprofessional and dishonest. I have been using H&R Block for years but I will be finding someone else who actually knows what they're doing and cares from here on out."
