"while we really enjoyed the actual space we were in, we did have some issues that would make us be hesitant to live here again. the water is SO hard, you will not be able to use the ice and you will have to be used to build up everywhere and sinks/dishes constantly looking dirty, there is no soundproofing so you will hear a lot, luckily we were on the top floor so we didn’t hear anything above us but we could hear our neighbor snoring through the wall and were told by our neighbors they could hear us walking around, they also will charge you an arm and a leg if you ever need to break your lease so if you can make sure your closing date lines up with your lease date"

"I went to see one of the apartments and they asked for $550 to apply due to "administration fees." If you read the other reviews apparently the administration office doesn't do anything. When we arrived to the location there were beer cans all over the shared clubhouse. You might think for $2,800 a month you would be able to enjoy a clean living space. We were given a quote that was good for 24 hours, meaning if we didn't sign that day we were required to get another quote. Don't get me started on the $500 "Jedi Bond" in place of the security deposit that still requires you to pay out of pocket for any damage to the property.(You do not receive that back at the end of your lease) After telling them, I wasn't interested I was sent about 8 emails to leave a review. So here's your review! These guys are CON-MEN!"

"Great place to live. Nice amenities! Always clean and kept up. Very friendly a professional staff! Any problems or issues with your Unit usually fixed with in a day or so! Highland Ridge is a great place for everyone including pets! It does not matter if you are single, retired or a family you can enjoy modern living with a home style feel with great ammenities within walking distance!
