"I just started there.. My tax deadline is about due. I can't get ahold of anyone who is in charge, or who knows what's going on. You ask to contact the owner and get a we emailed him. That is all they do.. SO there is no way of contacting someone who is gone. I need my tax papers I dropped off over a week ago, and No one knows where they are!!! This is very inconvenient, and shows how they see small businesses. I guess my tax papers are not as important. The lady at the counter is rude.. Which helps a already upset client feel even better."
