"Spoke to Joel Fernandez about a tax return to a foreign entity, he told me what to do and what info i needed to send him. i sent the required info, told me he would send the costs per hour of the firm, he never did, talked to him on the phone, he said he would the send the costs and hung up on me (he never sent anything, not even an email response). Its better for us and everybody if the firm's employees can tell us the first time we call that they are unable or not interested in solving our case instead of loosing time."
