"The agent "Jim" white guy did absolutely nothing really out of his way to help us. Towards the end he tried showing us our paperwork and had spelled our last name Martinez. Martinez? we are way different than Martinez apparently all Mexicans are the same to this Mayo suit who works for this place, he is just blah boring no personality, didn't make us feel welcome, didn't offer any extra help or Even spell our name right the 2nd or 3rd time he got it wrong and didn't even seem like he wanted to be there. Do not recommend 0 out of 10"
