"Brandy and her team got me and family in a place within a month. They are responsive, friendly, helpful, no nonsense, and follows through on their actions. Nothing but praise for brandy and her team at tricounty. And we love our new place!"
"I wouldn't give them one star at all slumlords hiring a lawyer, when you move out and pay the bills for that rental property, they still are blood, thirsty, sucking, slumlords and when you move out, they keep trying to get your money even if you paid your bills for that place slumlord"
"I live there for a year and they turned off our water about four or five times without letting us know. They're answering machine for emergencies never worked. Our apartment smelled like smoke especially in our bedroom. They kept all of our deposits. I had to take video prior to moving in because they did not clean the apartment. Like they said they did. Lied about cleaning fee credit. They sent us late fees that were inaccurate. The communication was ridiculous. They never once told us ahead of time they were shutting off power and or water services. There was several apartment leaks in the ceiling which were sewer. When I moved in a lady was moving out and said that she was moving because she had a sewer leak for 3 years. The amount of times I had to text them just to respond to immediate emergencies was ridiculous. The constant smell of smoke in the apartment was suffocating and they did nothing about it even after I complained several times. The building is in disarray. The windows do not lock and are a security issue. If you want to rent from them just remember you will not get any security deposit back. I lost a lot of money that I did not have."
"I wouldn't recommend renting from this company. Had several issues with a house we rented ( 2yrs ago) and the amount of time it took for the issues to get resolved was not ok. Left us with a leaking water heater for well over a week and suggest we just turn it off when we weren't using water so it wouldn't leak. We were good tenants, paid on time, house was left in great condition and very clean, yet still kept some of the deposit (other than the amount we knew for the carpet cleaning). Discriminating against us now and won't consider renting to us because we voiced our concerns and weren't happy with how they handled things with that property. Told me I'm out spoken."
"I rarely leave reviews, but I have time today. Our family worked with Brandy. After showing us a property, we went through the process of trying to rent from this group. They claimed we were denied because of our income- which is interesting because we make 3x's the rent. So then the next excuse was how far away my husband worked from the property. They were "concerned" with how much my husband would be spending on gas each week- I don't see how that is any of their business, because again, we make three times the rent. Then, they wanted to know which college I attended because apparently, my bank statements with my direct deposit from the Veteran's Association department of education, wasn't enough information. Brandy called us today to tell us the news that we were denied, even though we were informed yesterday. She had the nerve to catch an attitude with my husband because she didn't feel like answering his questions, and passed him along to someone else. At the end of the day, if y'all don't want to rent to black families, just say that. Renters, beware."
