"Megan is terrible! After I moved out I never got my deposit for the garage remote ($50) I told her about she said she sent check and never got it. I texted her and no response. DO NOT RENT HERE !!!!!!"

"Be warned they have a trap set up to tow your vehicle. As you enter the Lot you go to the Right. There is signs to say Visitor parking. Then there are more empty spaces that are not marked at all. Now all of the Resident parking is clearly marked. There is no sign that says this is Resident parking only. Park there and you will be towed. $218.00. If you can get to your car before they close. Oh and the towing company is in Plainfield. I asked them to pay this since the lack of posting is their error. The fact that they haven't yet tells me they enjoy this trap. It is lucrative."

"Visitors to this complex beware. They are extreme about towing. I visited a friend for two hours and got towed because I accidentally parked just outside of the very poorly marked visitors parking section. And the towing company was 10 miles away."

"Terribly run, management and the owner are extremely unprofessional. Megan is unable to run an adequate facility due to the fact the she brings her child who is under the age of 3 to work with her everyday. She cannot make a decision without going through the owner because she had no idea how to run a building. If you are considering moving here save yourself a headache and DONT!!! If I was able to give 0 stars I would!"

"Great safe place to live, if you’re looking for somewhere that is affordable and has a cozy interior, this is it. It isn’t the most luxurious of apartments but the top floor has patios and the area is great! I have nothing bad to say about my experience here, and would definitely stay again!"
