"This was the best community I've ever lived in--at first. I moved in when the community was brand new in 2019, and the community manager Will was fantastic. Since he left, we have been in shambles with the front office. Communication is very poor, professionalism is nearly non existent, and the front office staff always seems to be unengaged with the community. Whenever we have events they are poorly communicated or have no notice given. It just seems like they don't care or dont want residents to attend, which is sad, as this was such a great community, and used to feel like home. We have an app (Activebuilding) that is almost never updated, including for important contact info. Today, for example, I woke up to my furnace not heating at all. I called the emergency maintenance number listed in Activebuilding, and the automated message system looped me back to the front office endlessly. I was eventually disconnected and called back. When the front office staff picked up, the first thing I heard was "Oh my God!" and that I had called 10x and they were in a meeting. First, untrue, I called 2x trying to figure out how to reach anyone about the heat being out. Not my problem if the automated system is broken. Second, why are they screening incoming calls? Why should residents have to call multiple times to get a response? Why should residents be made to feel like they're a bother for attempting to simply get in touch? Turns out there are new numbers for the front office and maintenance, but they are apparently unlisted. Who that helps, I have no idea. Certainly NOT the people who pay thousands in rent a month to live here. I wish I could recommend this community, but too many things have been slipping as of late, and any suggestions seems to fall on deaf ears. This community would prefer to set up a camera and fine people who need to dispose of larger items (not kidding, they expect you to never dispose of any furniture, ever), then to come up with a solution for the community who need to dispose of larger items from time to time. Just doesn't make sense to me, and does not address the root issue. But if asked about it, they will almost always blame the prior office manager, who had left the community, and make no changes. Very frustrating for a community that was so great when we moved in. As an aside, maintenance staff is wonderful. They are always professional and courteous. 5/5 for them, if I could review separately."

"I moved here in June 2023 because I needed a fresh start and a more pet friendly community for my two small dogs to enjoy. I'm very happy with my decision. My dogs love sunbathing on the enormous balcony patio while I work from home and they love playing with all their friends at the dog park/s. We even got to enjoy the doggy swim day on the last day of the season before the pool closed for the season. Seeing my dogs so happy makes me happy. I am also very pleased with Adam and the maintenance staff. They respond to work orders in a timely manner and they're always very polite, educational and respectful when they are in my apartment home. I also appreciate how nice Adam and Tracy are to my dogs when we run into them on the property. We feel very well taken care of and we are very happy here. Keep up the great work!"
