"Again, told they would handle fixing the laundry facilities machines and yet more money wasted on a washer that starts your load and the magically has an “error”. Paying for facilities that don’t even work and yet no solution is granted & no credits for rent offered. Extremely poor customer service all around especially when dealing with people’s home life."

"Property manager was very patient and kind. Very willing to work with my grandma given sometimes things went wrong everyone was so helpful to get it fixed. Even on his day off he was willing to work with us. I can never say thank you enough for everything."

"Washer in building 1600 has been broken for MONTHS. Every time you report a problem they ignore you and continue collecting their money. Still waiting on a response about a mail key being copied too. Property manager is snarky and offers no logical solutions to any concerns I’ve voiced after living here 2 years."

"Been at these apartments for 4 years. Even upgraded to a renovated 2 bedroom apartment. Every single payment made was in the full amount and on time. We decided to move and it was a very hard decision to make. I really did enjoy these apartments. The first couple of managers (landlords) were amazing, but whoever is in the office now is not so much. After moving out they sent us a service bill to collection only 10 days after moving out. Not once did they call or email us to take a payment. Super super disappointed to get treated like nothing after staying at these apartments and being good tenants. I am still in disbelief and sad at their actions."

"My boyfriend, daughter, and I have been living here for over a year. We started with a one bedroom but now that my daughter is going to be 2 soon, we decided it was time for the second bedroom. Transferring was easy and painless and our property manager was so awesome and made the whole process quick so we could continue our lives without much interruption. He’s very easy to talk to and also flexible to meet your needs. Hopefully the pool opens soon! Other than that, we love it here (:"
