"I loved living at Panton Mill. A new job took me further south and I didn’t realize how amazing Janet in the office was until I’ve had to deal with new property managers at my new place. She is the absolute best as is Dave the maintenance guy. The communication about issues going on around the building was amazing and I already miss living there!"

"The place was okay for the first year (my husband and I were the first tenants in the in the unit it self) after that more and more problems arrose with the place. The air conditioning set up is a total joke. The people who own it now don't seem to understand how to keep staff in the building for more the a few months. They will give you the run around to avoid giving you and answers to issues."

"Like so many before me have said — this place is an absolute joke. I applied for an apartment, paid my application fees, and then never received a lease. The apartment I applied for was never actually available because the prior tenant never moved out. Property manager never answers her phone and is impossible to get in touch with. When I finally was able to get in touch with her, I was basically bullied into canceling my application and losing my application fees. I asked if I could get my money back since the apartment I applied for literally has someone living in it and she responded that all fees are non refundable. After that, any question I asked, like when I would receive my lease to sign (pretty important info to have in my opinion), was answered with “if you want to cancel your application, I need that in writing”. This place is a scam. They want to collect your application fees and then not give you a place to live. Will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau."

"From the very beginning Carlos has made our time at Panton Mill EXCEPTIONAL! We’ve been here for about 6 months and have had absolutely no issues whatsoever. It’s a beautiful building and community. Due to new business opportunities, we’re sad to be leaving but Carlos made the process absolutely seamless and is a great property manager. He really goes above and beyond to make this place feel like home and take care of all of the tenants! Just move in, it’s worth it (:"

"Just moved in a couple weeks ago and I must say I absolutely love it here. Carlos the Property Manager was so helpful throughout the entire process from the beginning stages of view - leasing - moving in. First, my work schedule is during business hours which is pretty much the same as the leasing office but, he made sure to be there later in the day so that way I could stop by and view the property. Also, picking out a unit was hard enough on its own but, Carlos helped me narrow down the units to find the perfect fit. The leasing and move in process was super easy and Carlos made sure that he was there to answer any question and help out in any way that he could. Every since I have moved in he has been very responsive to any questions or requests that I had. The units themselves are absolutely beautiful and all of the units have spectacular views and are worth the rent. All units have a washer and dryer which very important to me. All the appliances are Brand New obviously never used since they are brand new apartments. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. The units are great for Dogs and Cats as well. My dog loves it at home! I highly recommend viewing these apartments and moving in! WE LOVE IT!"
