"MUST GIVE WRITTEN CONSENT YOU ARE MOVING OUT TWO MONTHS BEFORE EVEN IF LEASE IS UP! I moved out of these apartments a few years and discussed with others that moved out and we all experienced the same thing of paying a 2400$ security deposit and when we go to move out when the lease is up they withhold it saying you didn’t give them written consent you were doing so. These apartments are cheap but the electric got up to 500$ in winter in a two bedroom apartment because there was so much cold air leaking in. Don’t live here if you don’t have to."

"Currently living here. Do not recommend one bit. On my move in day I was locked out for almost an hour with my Uhal full because the code to access the key the property management gave me was incorrect. Upon moving in nothing was cleaned what so ever. The floors were sooo dirty and gunk was covering every door. It took seriously days for me to clean it. There was intense mold in the bathtubs and my unit didn’t have a fridge. It took them two weeks to get a fridge delivered and It was immensely hard living without a fridge. I paid my first months rent 5 days before the 1st when it was due and was hit with a $75 late fee for no reason. When I asked management to waive it for obvious reasons they never got back to me. 100% a money hustle for the company and they do not care about the living conditions what so ever for the tenants."
