Her staff has always been nothing but helpful and quick when it comes to getting you scheduled, checked-in, checked-out or making sure you speak with a vet tech or Dr. Baird when needed. Dr. Baird's love for animals is on point. She's a very direct person, but when you have an urgent situation, she provides so much compassion and care to whatever the situation may be. She helped us through a scare when we got our puppy and recently helped us send our dog, Freyja, over the rainbow bridge. Her staff was so sweet and respectful with my husband and 10 year old daughter when they had to bring our dog in. She even took the time to put my daughter at ease over the process and explain how our dog's passing might affect our other dog. If you want a knowledgeable vet with a clear passion for animals, this is where you should go."

"Dr. Baird and her staff are so wonderful and caring. My sweet cat Pepper was very very sick and they all treated him as if he was their own. Dr. Baird personally called me multiple times to give me updates and get my consent for anything. She was very honest, transparent, and kind. The staff sent some photos of Pepper to me by email so my kids could get an update. Unfortunately Pepper did not make it; we made the extremely difficult decision with Dr. Baird’s guidance to put him down. She was so empathetic and did not rush our decision at all.
