"I bought my first home with home finders realty with Ron at first it was fine until 8 months down the road you realize you were lied to on your home inspection and wanted to get a little bit more information and Ron didn’t want to fess up about how his home inspector he recommended Kevin Shreeve that he put in the inspection I had mostly new wiring which wasn’t the case most of my wiring is knob and tube wiring and I can’t insulate my attic due to my electric not being up to code. being a fire hazard, exposed wires, and the breaker box being double wired and Kevin also said my roof looked nice and within 10 years of being done how would he know that if he never accessed my attic which is outside and below my roof and now I’m having to fork out thousands of dollars in repairs because these people won’t do their job correctly and don’t care to and just want your money. I do not recommend Home finders realty or Kevin Shreeve as your inspector."
