St. Michael's Village Apartments

"I waa interested in renting an apartment here. I was told the requirements were that I was on Social Security and over 62. I spend time filling out the 8 page application stuff. Got a $25 money order. Made three trips in the office and waited. 2 weeks later I recieved an email that I wasnt qualified because of my SS benefits. NEVER DID I READ OR WAS I TOLD ABOUT ANY OTHER REQUIREMENTS. The office staff there is poorly trained and unreponsive to returning my money based on misrepresention. Tried contacting Corp office and was ignored. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE"

"No maintence or Managers on site. Problems are not being addressed."

"Manager an others are very nosey, rude and constantly watching who comes and goes from apts. Can't have any decor by your door even though others who have been here longer are allowed. They do monthly house checks to make sure you apt is up to their "cleanliness" standards, and will enter weather ur home or not. Very unprofessional. Would never recommend living there."
