"Where should I start the management here is terrible they're allowing drugs in the apartments my neighbor's a piece of garbage who likes to cuss and scream at us constantly and throw cigarette butts on us and said it were harassing him when we've never spoken to him yet the management refuses to do anything about the guy so we had to call the police and now we're getting eviction notices for calling the police to get to take care of this guy when management refuses to do anything the maintenance is terrible they don't know how to fix anything I can keep going on and on"

"Sandy is am amazing property manager. Any issues I've had was handled promptly. That Nathan dude is just salty. The pet policy is for registered Emotional Support pets. They require a doctor's note. Idk what he's so mad about"

"Landlord is intrusive. They have scheduled inspections monthly it seems. Constantly look for ways to intrude on their tenants. Its borderline harassment. Does not give 24 hrs notice before entry into apartments. Only allows animals for older people above a certain age if I remember the lease properly. Which is age discrimination and illegal. Had the water randomly stop working one day (water is included with rent here) contacted maintenance and the office. Never heard back. Water came back on hours later somehow. There was no outage in my area by the way."
