Huntley Ridge Apartments

"Ok apartments not great but ok. Don't know about pricing. The parking situation is terrible especially for guests of the residents."

"All the neighbors were friendly. The new management takes good care of the place. They are nice apartments for the price. Everyone we've talked to seems to be happy here. Like any apartments, there are annoyances. You will hear the neighbors walking around or a dog barking here and there. Some people don't pick up after their dog, and the dumpsters seem to fill up quickly. The parking lot of the apartment complex next door can get noisy occasionally. These things are not unusual for apartment life in general though. Good management and good neighbors make it a nice place to live for the price."

"Very decent apartment complex. Prices arent too bad either. Could use some color like flowers to liven it up and a good pressure washing on the concretes. Otherwise not too bad for such a large apartment complex."

"I had a great visit, with a good friend, and her new baby. But was a little surprised by the bananas in parking lot. Anyone else thinking that a "Mario Cart" moment is just waiting to happen?! Lol"

"I live a couple blocks from Huntley Ridge but I do have several friends who live there and some who've moved out, but I've never heard a bad thing about Huntley Ridge from any of my friends. They're nice well kept apts, the manager lives in the complex, they also have a laundromat on site. (I only did this review because google asked me to, as a guide)"
