Heritage Woods of Centralia

"My Uncle Roy has been at Heritage Woods for approximately 3 years now. He is treated with respect and kindness. He has found new friends and reconnected with old friends. We have offered to move him closer in town or in with us but he has flat refused multiple times!!! We are grateful to Heritage Woods for the care they give and the services they provide for our Uncle!!!"

"My father has lived at Heritage Woods for nearly 3 years. The facility is nice and clean. The staff is friendly. However the dietary team fails miserably at serving hot food hot and cold foods cold. He seldom gets his order correct. He didn’t get breakfast one morning when Covid had the residents eating in their rooms. He brought the issue up to management and was basically ignored. The cost of living at Heritage Woods is exorbitant and a poor value for the money. My father is miserable there but refuses to leave the area of Centralia."

"Heritage Woods is a wonderful place. I really enjoy working at this amazing community. It is affordable to all. The staff loves the residents and really enjoy their jobs. The have both independent living and supportive living apartments on their campus which gives seniors lots of opportunities to find the best fit for themselves."

"I started working at Heritage Woods about 6 months ago. It has been a great learning experience for me as I will soon enter the nursing program. The staff is always willing to help out, and I couldn’t ask for better residents to take care of. I love my job here. Heritage Woods offers so much more to people needing to move to an assistant living facility. I look forward to working here for as long as it takes for me to better my future in the healthcare field. Making someone smile is definetly worth my time, and that’s exactly why I love what I do."
