"What an awful place! The receptionist, with the disheveled hair, is the rudest, unprofessional person I’ve ever met. If she hates her job so much, let someone else have it. Not taking anymore patients for Dentistry? Then why are there ads all over the place? Asian UNhuman Services is more like it!"

"Not friendly. The service was disappointing because added unsolicited options to my bill. Obtaining of information from receptionist was challenging, and the person seemed uninterested in providing detailed explanations, making me feel unwelcome."

"Patients beware. The way I got treated by the dental hygienist, Maria, here today was just appalling and inexplicable.Not only she was unprofessional and rude, She caused me a lot of unnecessary pain over seemed like some sort of personal vengeance she had against me because I told her she was being rude. Already made an incident and a police report. Their office manager is yet to still contact me about the incident. What a shame"

"This was happened 10/13/2022 in the afternoon.The place is clean, my concerned was the receptionist name Cassandra seems no professionalism in dealing patient. Not friendly and answers questions with attitude. People should be in the front desk should respect anybody with dignity not with voice attitude if being ask. She speaks Spanish in front of us and we are Asians. Cassandra should be at the back not to deal with patient/family. I hope the management will handle this problem or train the people in the front desk."
