"Only recommend if you have an emergency. They are quick to take you in for service but they don't sit down with you to put your information in. They don't check your insurance so you will come out of pocket rather they accept you or not. They just want money and recommend going to someone else or YOUR CREDIT WILL BE RUINED LIKE MINES‼️"

"Anita at kchc needs to tell the truth under mychart at the Kenosha community health center as what was said was inaccurate and complete lie before the other person that took the call. I was helping the pharmacist to get her message attended too by doctor giard now as we been here since 9 am and Jill called and I called at 920 am and I called again from 1009 am addressing to Anita not mad but on camera amongst witnesses now to see I was affirmative and being direct. Not a receptionist job to lie under anyone MyChart now unlike the call when Jill called and I tagging with her at 920 am. Appropriate discipline should be given as if she lies on MyChart for me how will she for anyone else? I hung up because I don't argue and debate as do your job as you get paid as pharmacy always has problems with kchc and communication for their clients. Just be careful going as I have to wait five to 7 business days as this is not covered by my Medicare or my eye doctor and pharmacist response she got as I was prescribed medicine for my cornea as I don't want to lose my vision or go blind as there is policy for turnaround is nonsense as y'all terrible not returning calls as said by pharmacist so gonna speak to clinic mgr. I shouldnt have to waste my insurance to be seen for OTC eye drops as y'all use and abuse the insurance companies but doesn't it have to be covered. I will ask for a non crazy place and ask for a primary where I can communicate truthfully unlike staff here as pharmacist mother and many others are my witnesses on camera now like y'all on recording as accountable for my actions are they?"

"This doctor's office is not the one you want if you actually have a health problem, just get a different provider or you'll never get to the bottom of anything dealing with your health. The office personnel could not care less about you or your loved ones and it shows. Use the emergency room or the urgent care and get assigned another provider ASAP."
