"Dr. Jane is a very unprofessional and dismissive person. Very poor interpersonal communication skills for a medical "professional". At the very least you could have waited for me to respond To your "we don't do that here you will have to make a video appointment" comment before leaving abrubtly. Leaving while I'm midsentence is disrespectful and dismissive...the place was empty so I don't know where you needed to be with such urgency. I'd like to see a doctor and not feel dehuminized and be treated like a person (not too much to ask). Safe to say The Fernandez family will not be returning."
"Doctors are good, no problem there (when you finally get a chance to talk to one). My wife and I have been going there for 20+ yrs., but they still act like they've never seen me before. Referrals take forever unless you harass them. Doctor tells you to ask the front staff for certain paperwork and they look at you like they've never heard of what you're talking about. But they are good at billing/collecting..."
"I came here seeking medical attention only to be turned away. The lady literally said "we won't get paid to see you" because it wasnt my primary care physician's office. My insurance got messed up and my assigned primary care doctor is 90 minutes away... they take my insurance and have an oath to not turn people away. I filed a grievance with bcbs of Illinois and they are looking into this establishment. News flash, you would still get paid and ethically you can't deny anyone medical attention. I ended up in the emergency room. Oh yeah, they offered to see me for $80. Why do I have state insurance then?If I had $80 extra right now, I would buy private insurance. One of the doctors was standing right there too. Not sure how they can justify turning people away, especially with an empty waiting room. I see a difference in how people with private and state insurance are treated, I've had both. It's sad. I hope no one else gets turned away."
"Dr. Norma Kraft is a one of a kind Dr. she is amazing she listens to you and answers all the questions you may have. Very professional bedside manner. Finally a Dr. who really cares for her patients and keeps them updated on what is to come in the future."
"No issues with the doctors here. My main problem is with their MA Patty. What a rude and inconsiderate human. Being a patient here has been a lovely experience. But this lady has some serious mental issues the way she talks to people. PP would be better off either retraining her or replacing her with another MA who actually cares about human emotion. I asked her a simple question while I was waiting for the doctor and she responds to me with a scoff and her nasty attitude; walking around as if she owns the place yet doesn't even have a degree. PP if you don't want to loose more patients get rid of this one!"
