"Because doctors were booked out until The second week of August, took an appointment with a PA. When I arrived at the Evergreen Park office, I was eventually seen 35 minuets late by a Nurse Practitioner. I later found out they have no Physician Assistants in the practice even though the person booking appointments on the phone thinks they do. A medical assistant took my blood pressure and communicated a reading that was so low compared to my normal level. I’m guessing she misread my BP. I retook it upon arriving home and it was where it normally is, 145/88. Not the 110/70 she reported it as. NP did nothing but listen to my heart and give me a handout on vertigo as my reason for the appointment was dizziness and being lightheaded. She did nothing as far as checking any of my neurological functions. Beware of this practice if you are not seeing one of the doctors. This practice was a 5 star but not anymore in my book."
