"I received nothing but exceptional service from the team at IBJI up until this morning, when I had to follow up on a billing inquiry and had the absolute displeasure of speaking with Wanda, from the billing department, who hands-down is the lease, customer focused individual I have ever encountered, extremely condescending, and very rude and definitely gave me the impression that I was a massive inconvenience, after spending tens of thousands of dollars through surgery and treatment with IBJI I expected better care. Hopefully this will be my last interaction with IBJI and it is such a shame that it was such a negative one, last impressions are everything!"
"I was seen at Immediate care in Glenview after a fall. They advertise as immediate care, well be aware this is NOT. I checked if my new insurance was covered, I was told that yes, I was covered and had a specialist co pay. I paid it at the time of the visit. Then I received a bill with a doctor being out of network and my insurance did not cover it. They billed it under a doctor's visit not immediate care !!!! When I called to discuss it they hangup on me."
"Please remove the word immediate from your name. You can expect to wait for hours and hours. Plan for at least 3.5 hours per visit. Even though actual face to face time with a human will be 15 minutes… tops! Nice enough staff and ok doctors. But this place is run at bare bones minimum, I am sure to make the most money. Truly awful when you know people are in pain."
"Dennis, the medical assistant does an amazing job! His knowledge of the medical business is amazing! His wife should be proud! Also things would be better if he didn't have to spend all of his Time fixing all the IT issues....."
