"This place is absolutely HORRIBLE!! Reached out looking for a psychiatrist. They were more than happy to take co-pays, then proceeded to shuffle me around. Met with 2 different therapists, then they tried to switch me to a third. Then called me the following week to leave a message saying they can’t follow through with services for a made up reason. I’d like to speak to the owner of this trash heap. If this is how they treat someone trying to receive mental health, they shouldn’t be in business."

"I love that they accepted my insurance and it didn’t take forever to get an appointment. I love the living room option on Saturdays. My 1st therapist with them we were not w good fit but I didn’t have to lapse in treatment before getting a 2nd one which turned out to be a good match. I referred my daughter and foster daughter and they both were able to get in without long waits and have great connections. I love the zoom and in person option."

The staff members that I've encountered here have been extremely professional and are some of the kindest people I've ever met. The therapists and counselors who work with the Josselyn Center and the summer camp program do so much work children and the community.
